प्रारंभिक दोहा (Opening Doha)

बुद्धिहीनं तनुं ज्ञात्वा स्मरामि पवनसुतम्।
बलं बुद्धिं विद्यां देहि मे हर क्लेशविकारान्॥

Buddhiheenam Tanum Jnatva, Smarami Pavanasutam;
Balam Buddhim Vidyam Dehi Me, Hara Klesha Vikaran.

आत्मानं बुद्धिहीनं ज्ञात्वा पवनपुत्रं हनुमन्तं स्मरामि। हे प्रभो, मह्यं बलं बुद्धिं विद्यां च प्रयच्छ, मम सर्वान् क्लेशान् विकारांश्च दूरीकुरु।

प्रारंभिक दोहा (Opening Doha)

श्रीगुरुचरणसरोजरजसा निजमनोमुकुरं विशोध्य।
वर्णयामि रघुवरविमलयशः यद्दायति फलानि चत्वारि॥

Shri Guru Charana Saroja Rajasa, Nija Mano Mukuram Vishodhya;
Varnayami Raghuvara Vimala Yashah, Yad Dayati Phalani Chatvari.

श्रीगुरोः चरणकमलधूल्या स्वमनोदर्पणं विशोध्य, धर्म-अर्थ-काम-मोक्षरूपं फलचतुष्टयप्रदं श्रीरामस्य विमलं यशः वर्णयामि।

चौपाई 1 (Chaupai 1)

जय हनुमान ज्ञान गुन सागर।
जय कपीस तिहुँ लोक उजागर॥

Jaya Hanumana Gyana Guna Sagara,
Jaya Kapisa Tihu Loka Ujagara.

Victory to Lord Hanuman, the endless ocean of divine wisdom and virtuous qualities. Victory to the Lord of Monkeys, whose radiant glory illuminates all the three realms.

चौपाई 2 (Chaupai 2)

राम दूत अतुलित बल धामा।
अंजनि-पुत्र पवनसुत नामा॥

Rama Duta Atulita Bala Dhama,
Anjani-Putra Pavanasuta Nama.

You are the supreme messenger of Lord Rama, the abode of incomparable, boundless strength. You are hailed as the beloved son of Mother Anjana and the valiant offspring of the Wind God.

चौपाई 3 (Chaupai 3)

महाबीर बिक्रम बजरंगी।
कुमति निवार सुमति के संगी॥

Mahabira Bikrama Bajarangi,
Kumati Niwara Sumati Ke Sangi.

You are the great hero of immense valor, with a body as invulnerable as a diamond thunderbolt (Vajra). You dispel negative and ignorant thoughts, and are the companion and guide of pure, righteous intellect.
